Hummingbird!!

I finally have pictures of our mamma hummingbird! As you can tell, she picked a protected place for the nest, nicely tucked away in one of our ficus trees. What a sweetie! She made me smile all weekend zipping around and chirping. I think Greg was getting tired of me saying, "Look!! There she is again!!" Haha. I took a chance when she was away for a minute and peeked into the empty nest - two teeny eggs there! I cannot imagine what a baby hummingbird looks like, but perhaps I'll have pictures to share sometime soon.

Here is a closeup of the roses Greg got me for Valentine's Day. They are still so beautiful a week later!!
